Scribblenauts has proven itself to be one of the more popular games out there and now, they are about to become even MORE popular. 5th Cell and Warner Bros have just announced a new game based on the popular Scribblenauts series, Scribblenauts Unmasked: A DC Comics Adventure, will be released for Wii U, Nintendo 3DS and PC this fall.
The game will play out through iconic comic book settings such as Gotham City, the Batcave, and the Green Lantern Corps’ home-world of Oa. Each location will have separate heroic feats embedded which act as the game’s core objectives and allow players to carry out tasks that will advance them through the game
The game will feature over 2,000 different DC characters with pretty much every imaginable variation included in that figure. (There will be 33 different Batman variations and an astounding 130 Green Lanterns, including a sentient planet called Mogo.) Each variation will have different abilities/ powers along with a specific bio for fans to read.
Another cool feature is that the game will have a hero creator that allows you to mix and match various superheros to create your very OWN, unique and all-powerful characters which you can share online. If you have ever wanted Batman to have Wonder Woman’s lasso on his utility belt or if you think Superman should have the stretching abilities of the Elongated Man, then this is the game for you.
